Location: North Chicago, IL - 100% onsite Contract: 2 years Pay: $48-$52 per hour Benefits: Medical benefits available; employee contribution required About The Opportunity Apply your hands-on chemistry expertise to PET tracer metabolite analysis, HPLC method setup and optimization, and routine radiotracer production. This role is well suited to a scientist who enjoys independent laboratory work and building reliable analytical systems. What You'll Do Set up and optimize HPLC systems for metabolite analysis of PET tracers.Operate HPLC systems daily and support consistent, high-quality analytical performance.Conduct routine PET radiotracer production activities.Independently establish HPLC methods and help ensure systems are robust, reliable, and properly maintained.Document experimental procedures, results, and laboratory activities in accordance with applicable standards.Follow all relevant laboratory safety, quality, and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline with 5+ years of experience; or a master's degree in chemistry or a related discipline with 3+ years of research experience.Working knowledge of HPLC and LC/MS, supported by a strong foundation in organic chemistry.Ability to work independently and maintain laboratory systems effectively.
