Scientist I, Radiochemistry
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, education/experience, skills/qualifications, physical demands, work environment, compensation overview, benefits. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need headings only for sections that have content. Potential sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph), Responsibilities, Education and Experience, Skills and Qualifications, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Compensation Overview, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't include sections like "Pay" unless actual pay info present; we have compensation overview with salary range, so we can have a Pay section (or Compensation). The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if appropriate. For compensation we can use Pay. For benefits we can use Benefits. For schedule we don't have schedule info, so omit. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Scientist I, Radiochemistry. We need to fold minor metadata like Job ID/requisition into a short
or drop it. The posting ends with "R1603743 : Scientist I, Radiochemistry". We can drop that or put in a
maybe as metadata. Better to drop it as per instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can drop it. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to cut out sections like "Supporting People With Disabilities", "Candidate Rights", "Data Protection", etc. Those are legal/EEO boilerplate. Also remove "If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway." That's application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate. Also remove "Learn more about RayzeBio: https://careers.bms.com/rayzebio/" maybe navigation but could keep? It's a link to learn more; maybe it's okay but could be considered navigation. Safer to remove? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That link is navigation? It's a link to learn more about RayzeBio; could be considered navigation. I'd remove it. Also remove "Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required to bring technical expertise to RayzeBio initiatives." That's part of responsibilities; keep. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to keep the summary paragraph: "At RayzeBio, every day is an opportunity..." etc. That's about the role. We'll put that under About the role. Now responsibilities: list of duties. We'll create
- for each duty.
Education and Experience: we have two bullet-like sentences: "BS/MS with 5+ years of experience, and/or 3+ years of hands-on experience in Radiochemistry or other scientific equivalent working with open-source radioactive materials." and "PhD with 1+ years of experience in Radiochemistry or other scientific equivalent work experience." We'll put as

Skills and Qualifications: list of items. We'll put as

Physical Demands: paragraph; we can keep as

- for bullet? It's prose. We'll keep as
- for each benefit category. The benefits text includes many sub-items; we can keep as list items for each top-level bullet: Health Coverage, Wellbeing Support, Financial Well-being and Protection, Work-life Benefits Include Paid Time Off US Exempt Employees..., etc. We'll preserve details.
We must not include sections like "Schedule". No schedule info.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment, protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working in a laboratory environment with radioactive materials.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. You could be one step away from work that will transform your life and career.
But note: The sentence about applying is maybe boilerplate/application instruction; we should remove it. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove that sentence. So Work Environment paragraph should only be: "The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate." We'll keep that. Thus:Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
