About the role

This is a fully onsite role based at our GMP Laboratory in Middleton, WI. We welcome applicants from all locations within the U.S. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Use innovative technologies to perform high-quality sample testing for key pharmaceutical clients across the industry.
  • Conduct complex analysis of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in various formulations and biological matrices for stability and analytical testing.
  • Train on routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review and compile results and data, comparing them against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol, and product specifications.

Requirements

  • Possess an understanding of laboratory procedures and under general supervision can conduct complex analysis.
  • Perform a variety of routine sample preparation and analysis procedures.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
  • Previous work experience which is comparable to 0-2 years, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences degree preferred) or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Knowledge of routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory authority, compendia, and ICH guidelines.
  • Excellent manual dexterity skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Time management and project management skills.
  • Proven solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to cross-train on sample preparation techniques with another laboratory group.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to complete assignments in expected time frame.

Skills

  • Manual dexterity and can follow detailed written and verbal instruction.
  • Cooperate with coworkers within an organized team environment or work alone with supervision.

Schedule

Full-Time; Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
