Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of in vitro studies addressing key biological questions in rheumatic diseases, including RA and PsA.
- Apply fundamental scientific principles to preclinical research and be proficient in laboratory techniques such as cell culture, molecular biology methods, ELISA, flow cytometry, and immune functional assays.
- Experience with primary human immune cells and immune-mediated disease biology is preferred.
Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with typically 0-3 or more years’ experience or Master’s Degree (no additional experience).
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in cell culture techniques with a strong grasp of molecular biology, including practical expertise in ELISA, MSD, Luminex and flow cytometry as advantageous skills.
- Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to explain complex scientific ideas clearly and encourage collaborative dialogue.
- Interpersonal Capabilities: Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, displaying strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Learning Aptitude: A proactive and adaptable learner with the ability to independently generate and assess data, while quickly acquiring and applying new skills.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
