About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, cell biology, or a related field, with a passion for developing innovative therapies. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of transformative medicines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and execution of cell engineering experiments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize cell-based therapeutic products
- Perform data analysis and contribute to the interpretation of results
- Communicate research findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (biotechnology, cell biology, biochemistry, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cell culture techniques and molecular biology methods
- Knowledge of cell-based assays and analytical tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of cell biology and biotechnology principles
- Experience with cell engineering and gene editing technologies
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
