About the role

This role offers the chance to contribute to testing, method development, and data analysis in a collaborative matrix environment where scientific rigor and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of routine and non-routine samples using analytical methods used to characterize protein therapeutics.
• Support method development, qualification, release, transfer, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Process and analyze data using Excel and other statistical software, and record work within an electronic lab notebook.
• Communicate results to the group and contribute effectively in meetings and cross-functional project work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, Master’s degree and 2 years of experience, or Doctorate degree.
• Advanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies for protein therapeutics, including CE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP, and HILIC.
• Experience with CE and LC instruments, including operation, handling, troubleshooting, and data analysis software.
• Wet lab experience, including weighing and pipetting, and working knowledge of Excel and other statistical software.
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment, independently prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.
