General Description Of Benefits
- Masters or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience conducting advanced research or developing technologies in one or more relevant technical fields.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated expertise in several of the following areas:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multidisciplinary technical efforts.
- Demonstrated record of technical leadership through research, publications, patents, technology development, or program execution.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
