Scientific Service Director

About the role

We are seeking a Scientific Service Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global strategy for Scientific Solutions
• Act as chief architect for the service offerings portfolio
• Identify and translate emerging trends into new capabilities
• Ensure integration of technology and service delivery models
• Establish technical standards and governance
• Lead technical input into RFPs and client engagements
• Develop scalable offerings in partnership with Sales teams
• Represent the company at industry events and publish thought leadership content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8-12 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Leadership experience in staffing, selection, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to set and manage targets impacting multiple departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in laboratory management and asset lifecycle management
• Knowledge of regulated environments and RFP processes
• Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert or in technical leadership

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
