Job Responsibilities
- Present ADMET Predictor to potential customers and scientific audiences
- Train users in pharmaceutical and biotech companies and develop training materials
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the application of ADMET Predictor to various drug discovery and development situations
- Contribute to increasing usage of ADMET Predictor via demonstrations to customers, user training opportunities, scientific publications and case studies
- Support the development of ADMET Predictor and its adoption by users in academia and pharmaceutical companies
- Translate user needs and scientific advances into specifications for product improvements
- Work with the development team to define and test product features
- Share applications of ADMET Predictor to real-world examples through publications, online case studies, and webinars
- Communicate our scientific vision, product roadmap, and innovations to the community
- Participate in the scientific life of the team and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Scientific Background: 2+ years of experience in medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or pharmaceutical sciences
- Knowledge of ADMET properties and their role in drug discovery and development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Comfortable presenting scientific material to different audiences
- Collaborative mindset and interest in working with software developers, scientists, and customers
- Interest in scientific software development
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for ADMET data in drug submissions (ICH, FDA, EMA)
- Experience using ADMET Predictor or similar in silico ADMET prediction tools
- Proficiency in scientific programming or data analysis (Python, R, or KNIME)
- Experience writing scientific publications, case studies, or tutorials
- Experience in teaching or training delivery
- Good presentation and communication skills in scientific contexts
- Experience in customer-facing scientific roles
- Customer Support Skills: Attention to detail and analytical thinking

- Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Service-oriented and patient with users of varying skill levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Scientific Knowledge: Experience using ADMET Predictor and familiarity with its prediction models
- Knowledge of cheminformatics concepts (molecular descriptors, QSAR, machine learning for ADMET)
- Experience with in vitro ADMET assays (Caco-2, hERG, CYP inhibition, metabolic stability)
- Understanding of the drug discovery pipeline from hit-to-lead to candidate selection
- Familiarity with computational chemistry tools (e.g., RDKit, Schrödinger, MOE)
- Knowledge of specific therapeutic areas (oncology, CNS, metabolic diseases)
- Technical Experience: Experience with chemical databases and structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management workflows
- Understanding of model validation and statistical concepts

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
- Masters or PhD in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, cheminformatics, or a related field preferred
