The Director, Product Management, Data Science (AdTech/Programmatic) role is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced product executive passionate about building AI-driven advertising technologies at scale.

About the role

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where you will transform complex technical capabilities into innovative, revenue-generating products. You will guide cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and shape the future of AI-powered advertising products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for AI, machine learning, optimization, and data science platforms supporting programmatic advertising solutions.
  • Lead multiple product management teams responsible for optimization engines, audience targeting, identity infrastructure, data partnerships, campaign forecasting, and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Drive the evolution of real-time bidding, optimization models, scoring frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and data science innovations, transforming research into scalable commercial products.
  • Oversee third-party data partnerships, vendor evaluations, integration strategies, and commercial relationships to strengthen product capabilities.
  • Direct modernization of identity resolution infrastructure, audience targeting technologies, taxonomy frameworks, and healthcare data integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, go-to-market, and executive leadership teams to align technical innovation with business objectives.
  • Represent product strategy with senior executives, customers, and industry stakeholders while translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value.
  • Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers across multiple strategic product streams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience leading complex platform, AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, or enterprise software products.
  • Strong expertise in AdTech, including programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, optimization algorithms, audience targeting, identity resolution, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning workflows, predictive modeling, model evaluation, experimentation frameworks, and AI-driven product development.
  • Experience managing third-party data integrations, commercial partnerships, and vendor relationships.
  • Prominent leadership experience managing Product Managers within cross-functional, fast-paced technology organizations.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and commercial product development skills.
  • Experience translating advanced technical capabilities into customer-focused products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Preferred experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical advertising, B2B SaaS, or data-intensive industries.
  • Familiarity with identity technologies, healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, or clinical data environments is highly desirable.
