In this role, you will write challenging questions in your domain of expertise and clearly define correct answers. We aim to address gaps where AI models fall short in providing accurate, domain-specific responses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop challenging, scientifically rigorous questions in your area of drug discovery expertise.
  • Clearly define and articulate correct answers to these questions.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas to advance the field of AI training data for drug discovery.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and expand evaluation benchmarks.

Requirements

  • PhD in a field relevant to drug discovery (e.g., pharmacology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in drug discovery, with a focus on preclinical research.
  • Experience with any modality (e.g., antibodies, small molecules, vaccines) or therapeutic area.
  • Strong opinions about interesting and impactful areas in your field, with the ability to articulate them clearly.
  • Creativity in generating novel ideas and approaches.
  • Availability of roughly 20 hours per week (flexible for more if desired).

Benefits

  • Fully remote work with no expectation to relocate or visit San Francisco (though optional).
  • Supportive environment with clear communication, quick responses, and close collaboration to ensure you have everything you need.
