Scientific Education Manager (US & Canada) (Solventum)
About the role
The Scientific Education Manager plays a crucial role in enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare through innovative solutions. They collaborate with leading healthcare professionals to develop and execute educational workshops, manage event logistics, and support clinical education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
- Discuss clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
- Support clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities
- Present on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
- Maintain all contracting, reporting, and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR High School/GED AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
- Additional qualifications that could help include: Master's degree from an accredited university, proficiency in virtual education and public speaking, licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Assistant, experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry, experience with implementation adult learning programs, proficiency and experience in project management

Pay
$107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
