Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of rigorous curriculum and first instruction programs.

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to enhance academic achievement and social-emotional development.
  • Engaging in activities that promote college, career, and community readiness for all students by the end of their secondary education.

Requirements

Applicants must have a strong educational background and a passion for working with students to achieve their full potential. Experience in education, particularly in areas related to literacy and student support, is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience in educational settings, preferably in a K-12 environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
