Science Teacher - Biology and/or Chemistry

About the role

Clymer Central School is seeking a science teacher with certification in Biology and/or Chemistry. Applicants who hold either certification (Biology or Chemistry) are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• NYS Teacher Certification - Biology AND/OR Chemistry 7-12
• Enthusiastic and passionate about working with all students
• Ability to work collaboratively with co-professionals
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
• Competent in completing assessments and reporting as appropriate

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in high school
• Knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom
• Technology literacy: experience using technology as an instructional tool, Google Apps for Education

Skills

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students, parents, and co-professionals.
