About the role

Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time. Specific grade levels served may vary by campus; details will be shared during the interview process. This position is open for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year with an expected start date of August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt lessons and assessments to meet each learner’s needs.
  • Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth.
  • Build strong, consistent partnerships with parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to campus life or culture.
  • Keep student records accurate and organized.
  • Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, & Zoology), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
  • Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
  • Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
  • Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

  • Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States; we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

USD $26.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr
