Requirements

• Appropriate, valid certification to teach the assigned content area as recognized by the Ohio Department of Education
• Proficiency in teaching, including the ability to adapt educational methodology and instructional techniques for student benefit
• Scholarly competence in the structure and content of the subject area
• Ability to communicate with students and parents about curriculum relevance
• Demonstrated ability to work and interact cooperatively and productively with staff, students, and administration
