About the role

Support students in their academic and personal development through mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor high school students in various subjects.
  • Assist students with college applications and financial aid.
  • Facilitate workshops and events to enhance student skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in education or youth development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
