Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services aligned with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or pending Louisiana SLP licensure
- ASHA CCC or CF preferred
- Experience in school settings valued but motivated new graduates are welcome
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
