School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Amergis Staffing is seeking both full and part time school-based Speech Language Pathologists. The SLP in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
