Join one of Southern California's largest school districts as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) supporting students within Santa Ana Unified School District. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a robust Special Education team serving thousands of students across 54 school sites, helping students develop communication skills that support academic achievement, social development, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school-based team setting
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

  • School-based experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting students with IEPs (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Assignment Details

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Interview Process: Client Interview Required

Pay

$85 per hour
