About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, pragmatics, and oral motor skills, and preparing detailed reports
  • Providing evidence-based therapy to improve communication, learning, and participation
  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and staff to apply classroom strategies and modifications
  • Consulting with families and staff to support student development
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinating services
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for accountability and compliance

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • ASHA Certification (CFY or CCC) and current state licensure or eligibility
  • Minimum of two years' experience, preferably with school-aged children
  • Knowledge of K-12 special education requirements

Skills
