About the role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Support interdisciplinary team efforts to meet student goals and ensure IEP compliance
- Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed to support academic and social communication development
Requirements
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Willing to obtain state-specific licensure
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time options available
- 35 hours per week, 7-hour shifts
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 41 weeks (2026-2027 school year)
Pay
$51.12 - $53.68 per hour
