School Speech Language Pathologist - $48-51 per hour

About the role

PediaStaff is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in northeastern Ohio for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across multiple school programs, including autism and preschool settings, while collaborating with a supportive educational team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services 5 days per week in assigned programs
• Serve students in autism programs (school-age through middle school) 3 days per week
• Provide services in a preschool program 1 day per week
• Support a school program 1 day per week with direct and consultative services

Caseload

• Autism Program: 17 direct service students
• Preschool Program: 7 direct service students
• School Program: 6 direct service students and 3 consult students

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP license
• Ohio Department of Education credential (or ability to obtain if required)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site (virtual/hybrid is not available)

Schedule

• School Year: August 19, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Full-Time: 5 days per week, approximately 7–7.5 hour workdays

Pay

$48–$50.50 per hour (W2)
