About the role
PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in the Anoka, MN area for the 2026-2027 school year. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. The role serves K–12 students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to K–12 students
- Assess students with suspected speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide individual and group therapy based on student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Provide strategies and resources to support students' communication needs in the educational environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate Minnesota licensure/credentials
- Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
