About the role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based role in Summerville, SC. The role involves serving multiple school sites within a supportive, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing evidence-based speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals
• Conducting screenings and assessments
• Preparing materials
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication and academic access

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders for SLP candidates
• Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility, with CCC-SLP preferred
• Experience in K–12 settings is advantageous
• A B.S./B.A. in the field for SLPA candidates
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes
• Ability to work under supervision
