About the role
Cadence Care Network seeks a School Social Worker to support a school district in Trumbull County.
Responsibilities
- Provide early mental health identification and treatment services to students within the school and community setting.
- Identify youth in need of addiction and mental health services.
- Help identify barriers to school attendance and academic success.
- Facilitate coordination with community resources.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling or be enrolled in a master's program.
- License by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC.
- Valid Driver License, Auto Insurance, and the provision of a vehicle for work purposes.
