About the role
Cadence Care Network has an opening for a School Social Worker to provide Poland school district in Mahoning County with early mental health identification and treatment services. The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to work with youth/students within the school and community setting to identify youth in need of addiction and mental health services, to help identify barriers to school attendance and academic success and facilitate coordination to community resources.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or counseling, or be enrolled in a master's program with a trainee license
- A license by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board
- Valid Driver License
- Auto Insurance and the provision of a vehicle for work purposes
