About the role
The School Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school program at a designated site. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school program
- Manage and train staff members
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in educational administration or teaching
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of special education requirements and services
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
