School Services - School Speech Language Pathologist - $61 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Bastrop, Texas to hire a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract position.

About the Role

This is a 13-week contract position starting as soon as possible. You’ll work directly with students, assess speech and language needs, write meaningful IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide fun, effective therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families
• Provide effective and engaging speech-language therapy
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) if applicable

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or in-process) Texas SLP license
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Passion for helping students succeed

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $51 - $60.50 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, days
