About the Role

PediaStaff is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in northeastern Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across multiple school programs, including autism and preschool settings, while collaborating with a supportive educational team.

Assignment Overview

• 3 days/week: Autism program serving school-age through middle school students in Painesville Township, OH
• 1 day/week: Preschool program in Middlefield, OH
• 1 day/week: School program in Concord Township, OH

Caseload

• Autism Program: 17 direct service students
• Preschool Program: 7 direct service students
• School Program: 6 direct service students and 3 consult students

Job Details

• School Year: August 19, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Full-Time
• Schedule: 5 days per week, approximately 7–7.5 hour workdays
• Pay Rate: $48-$50.5 per hour (W2)

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP license
• Ohio Department of Education credential (or ability to obtain if required)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work on-site (virtual/hybrid is not available)
