About the role
Design, plan, and implement individualized instruction for early childhood learners using developmentally appropriate teaching methods and resources. Assess student learning through a variety of formal and informal methods, maintaining accurate, compliance-ready records and communicating regularly with parents regarding progress. Create a positive classroom environment while collaborating with families, colleagues, and community agencies to foster holistic student development. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals that support student growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Early Childhood Special Education Certification or a Special Education Cross-Categorical Certificate combined with an Early Childhood Endorsement (Required)
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Qualifications
