School Services - School Special Education Teacher - $43-44 per hour
Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Special Education Teachers for multiple school communities across North and Central Texas during the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple openings available in Fort Worth, Helotes, and Irving.
About the role
Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in resource or self-contained classrooms. Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and manage caseloads. Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success. Create an inclusive, structured classroom that promotes positive behavior, engagement, and academic growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification for the appropriate grade level(s) (Elementary K–5 or Secondary 6–12)
- Valid Texas Content Area or Generalist Certification corresponding to the assigned grade levels
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
- Experience with K–12 math instruction or supporting students with behavioral needs preferred
Pay
Earn $43.40 - $44.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
