Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction and maintain continuity of learning by following lesson plans and supporting student achievement in assigned classrooms.

• Adapt instruction to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students while maintaining a productive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and ensure a smooth continuation of classroom routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid Tennessee Teaching License or Substitute Teaching License preferred
• 2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred, with experience in urban or charter school settings a plus

Pay

Competitive Pay: Earn $39.10 - $40.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Teacher, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
