School Services - School Special Education Teacher - $19-19 per hour

Position Overview

Assist students with special education needs by supporting classroom instruction, individualized learning goals, and inclusion activities. Partner with teachers and support staff to prepare materials, reinforce lessons, and promote a positive learning environment. Support students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime support, and mobility, as needed. Adapt and provide flexible support across various classrooms and programs based on student and school needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus one of the following:
  • Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
  • Associate's degree
  • 60+ college credit hours
• Active CPR/First Aid Certification
• Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience supporting children with special needs (behavioral or autism support preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $18.50 - $18.90 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives
