School Services - School Special Education Teacher - $1,095 per week

Travel position in Kansas City, Missouri for a Special Education Paraprofessional. Start date: 08/17/2026, duration: 40 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support special education teachers in delivering individualized instruction to students with disabilities.
• Assist with classroom management, behavior support, and implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active or pending state license as a Special Education (SPED) Paraprofessional.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a SPED Paraprofessional.
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for SPED Paraprofessional.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening.
• Current resume.

Pay

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
