About the role

Join Cross Country Education as a School-Based Occupational Therapist and help TK–12 students build the functional, sensory, and motor skills they need to succeed in school during the 2026–2027 school year in Oakland, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development across TK–12 settings.
• Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy services through individual and group interventions that support access to the curriculum and meaningful participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California Occupational Therapy License
• School-based experience preferred
