School Services - School Occupational Therapist - $58-68 per hour

About the role

Provide school‑based occupational therapy services to an elementary caseload of approximately 32 students in Port Orchard, Washington. The role includes conducting evaluations, delivering treatment, participating in IEP meetings, completing documentation, and collaborating with teachers, families, and the educational team.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct OT interventions within the school setting.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapeutic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State occupational therapist license.
• Current ESA (Education Services Agency) certification.
• Fingerprint clearance through OSPIS.
• School‑based or pediatric OT experience preferred.

Schedule
