We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About the Job:" which we can treat as About the role. Also we have Job Skills / Requirements, Minimum Qualifications, Education Requirements, Additional Information / Benefits. Also we have Shift Opening(s), Rate of Pay, This is a seasonal full-time position, Summer break from June through August, This is NOT an armed security position, etc. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. - About the role: we have "About the Job:" paragraph describing role. Use that. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Security officer duties include the following:" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe combine "Job Skills / Requirements" and "Minimum Qualifications"? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to put each. We have "Job Skills / Requirements Experience working with school aged children is highly preferred." That's a skill/requirement. We have "Minimum Qualifications" list of many items. We have "Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED". We have "Additional Information / Benefits" includes benefits list. We have "Shift Opening(s): Mid Shift (1300-2100) Mon-Fri." That's schedule. We have "Rate of Pay: $21.22/hr" that's pay. We have "This is a seasonal full-time position. Summer break from June through August." That's schedule details maybe also part of schedule. We have "This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted on the premises, including in personal vehicles parked on the premises." That's maybe a note under Requirements or Qualifications? Could be a requirement (no weapons). We'll include in Requirements maybe. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove "DK Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

DK Security is Michigan’s fastest growing security company. Established in 1995, we began as an investigations firm and quickly expanded to provide uniform security, event staff security, loss prevention services, and much more based on the needs of our clients. DK Security can provide you an opportunity to grow, develop and meet new people in a professional setting. We offer you the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of working on a team in a position that serves a critical purpose. DK has earned a reputable name in the security industry thanks to our outstanding officers that work in the field, and we cannot wait to have you join our team!

But note: The overview includes that paragraph; we should keep it.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Guard posts at the entry / exit points of the client buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
  • Check for employee, vendor, and visitor identifications.
  • Look for suspicious people, packages, and activities.
  • Follow site specific post guidelines.
  • Document daily activities and report all incidents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

We need to include: Experience working with school aged children is highly preferred. Shift Opening(s): Mid Shift (1300-2100) Mon-Fri. Rate of Pay: $21.22/hr This is a seasonal full-time position. Summer break from June through August. This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted on the premises, including in personal vehicles parked on the premises. Also Minimum Qualifications list. But we have separate sections for Pay and Schedule. So we should move Pay and Schedule to their own sections. Requirements maybe for skills/qualifications? Let's follow the instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to allocate content accordingly. We can put: - Requirements: maybe the legal/minimum qualifications (age, education, background, etc.)? Or we could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the same? Hmm. Better to split: Requirements = the list of minimum qualifications (age, diploma, no felonies, etc.). Qualifications = maybe the skills like communication, CPR certification, physical abilities, driver license, etc. Skills = maybe the "Experience working with school aged children is highly preferred." plus communication skills? But we already have communication skills under qualifications. Let's decide: Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list (age, diploma, no felonies, no misdemeanors, drug screening, uniform policy, etc.) plus maybe the "must be able to pass drug screening", etc. Qualifications: Physical and mental abilities, ability to move quickly, lift 50 lbs, work independently, etc., plus CPR/First Aid/AED certification, driver license, etc. Skills: Experience working with school aged children is highly preferred; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to de-escalate; fluency in English. But we already have communication skills in Minimum Qualifications? Actually Minimum Qualifications includes "Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner." So that overlaps. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all info. We can keep it under Skills maybe. Let's parse the Minimum Qualifications block: - Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education certification, such as a GED, per MCL 338.106717(2). - Must not have been convicted of any felonies, per MCL 338.106010(1)(c). - Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances (including for marijuana), or two or more alcohol related offenses, per MCL 338.106010(1)(c). - Must be able to pass a drug screening at the time of hire and randomly thereafter (including for marijuana). - Must adhere to our company’s Uniform and Appearance policy and present a friendly, positive, and professional image. - Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner. This includes the ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language. - If driving company or client vehicles, or if using your own vehicle for work activities, must possess a valid State of Michigan driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, and no other major violations in the last 3 years. - Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified and be capable of administering this care in emergency situations. - Must be able to move quickly, including running short distances, to respond in emergency situations. - Must be physically and mentally sound and able to always remain alert while on duty. - Must be able to sit, stand, move quickly to respond to emergencies, and walk long distances, including navigating stairs, for the duration of the shift (8-12 hours). - Must be able to work indoors or outdoors during all seasons. - Must be able to use hands and fingers to manipulate keys, tools, and other equipment. - Must be able to hear conversations (in person or via 2-way radio) in noisy environments. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. That's a lot. Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED (already covered). Additional Information / Benefits: Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation. Also EEO boilerplate to remove. Now we need to allocate to sections: - About the role: overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: maybe the baseline eligibility: age, education, criminal background, drug screening, uniform policy? Could be. - Qualifications: maybe the physical/mental abilities, driver license, CPR certification, ability to work independently, etc. - Skills: communication skills, experience with school-aged children, language fluency. - Benefits: list. - Pay: Rate of Pay: $21.22/hr. - Schedule: Shift Opening(s): Mid Shift (1300-2100) Mon-Fri. This is a seasonal full-time position. Summer break from June through August. Also note about not armed? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications but maybe we can add a note under Requirements: "This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted on the premises, including in personal vehicles parked on the premises." We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. Let's craft. HTML:
