We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Salary Range with monthly amounts for each level. That's pay info. Also includes Payday info: first paycheck within first 3 pay periods, payday on 5th and 20th. That's pay schedule. So we can have Pay section with salary ranges and payday details. Schedule? Not explicitly given; maybe not. The posting mentions full-time employment, but not schedule specifics. So we should not create Schedule section unless there is specific schedule info. There's mention of "full-time employment" but not schedule like Monday-Friday etc. So we omit Schedule. Benefits: The posting includes a long benefits description after "Payday New employees can expect...". That includes holidays, personal leave, sick leave, health insurance, group life insurance, premium conversion plan, flexible spending accounts, retirement plan, tax shelter annuity, deferred compensation, temporary disability insurance, social security, workers' compensation, union & collective bargaining. That's benefits. So we include Benefits section. Qualifications: There's Minimum Qualifications with Experience Requirements, General Experience, Specialized Experience, Substitutions Allowed, Quality of Experience, Certification Required. That's qualifications. Also there are supplemental info about experience calculation, temporary assignment, documents, temporary positions. Those could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: About the role (description of position), Responsibilities (Examples of Duties), Requirements (maybe experience requirements?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe ability to read/write etc). But we must not create thin sections. We can combine overlapping info. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: - About the role: "This posting will be used to fill various School Security Attendant positions at the specified location. The authorized level of the position is School Security Attendant III. Applications are being accepted down to the School Security Attendant I in the event of recruiting difficulties." - Responsibilities: List of duties (Examples of Duties Performs...). We'll put each duty as
  • . - Requirements: Might include the ability to read/write English, follow instructions, perform simple arithmetic. Also the Guard registration requirement. Also maybe the experience requirements? But those are qualifications. Let's think: The posting has "Minimum Qualifications" section with Experience Requirements, General Experience, Specialized Experience, Substitutions Allowed, Quality of Experience, Certification Required. Then Supplemental Information includes Salary, Requirements (applicants must meet all requirements), Calculation of experience, Temporary Assignment, Documents, Information about Temporary Positions. Then Payday, Benefits, etc. Then there are yes/no questions (01 GUARD REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT, 02 EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT, etc.) but those are likely part of application form; we should preserve them? They are substantive info about requirements. We should include them maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam-warning, etc. Remove those. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Thus we will produce sections:

    • Possess six (6) months of general experience such as administrative, technical, clerical, or other work that involves following written procedures, rules, or regulations in contact with coworkers, supervisors, or members of the public to provide a service, respond to inquiries, obtain information, or provide direction.
But we also have specialized experience requirements etc. Might be better to put those under Qualifications. Let's define:

    Qualifications

    Experience requirements vary by level:

    • Level I: 6 months general experience, 6 months specialized experience, total 6 months.
    • Level II: 6 months general experience, 1 year specialized experience, total 1.5 years.
    • Level III: 6 months general experience, 2 years specialized experience, total 2.5 years.

General Experience: Experience such as administrative, technical, clerical, or other work that involves following written procedures, rules, or regulations in contact with coworkers, supervisors, or members of the public to provide a service, respond to inquiries, obtain information, or provide discretion.

Specialized Experience: Experience such as working with a government, military, private or non-profit organization, or a school system that involved protecting property and people against such hazards as fire, theft, damage, accident or trespass; or maintaining order and protecting life. Such experience must have provided a knowledge of basic protective systems.

    Substitutions Allowed:

    • A high school diploma may be substituted for six months of general experience.
    • Experience of one year or more in law enforcement, security, or an honorable discharge from military service may be substituted for six months of the general experience and one year of the specialized experience.
    • Successful completion of an associate degree or higher at an accredited college or university may be substituted for six months of general experience and one year of the specialized experience.

Quality of Experience: Possession of the required number of years of experience will not in itself be accepted as proof of qualification; the applicant’s overall experience must have been of such scope and level of responsibility as to conclusively demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Certification Required: All must be registered as a Guard with the State of Hawaii Board of Private Detective and Guards, in accordance with Act 208, Sessions Laws of Hawaii 2010.

But note we already included Guard registration in Requirements; we might duplicate. Better to keep Guard registration under Requirements (since it's a mandatory requirement) and not repeat in Qualifications. However Qualifications also mention Certification Required; we could keep it there but avoid duplication. Let's keep Guard registration only once, maybe under Requirements. Then Qualifications focus on experience and substitutions. We also have Supplemental Information about Salary, Requirements (applicants must meet all requirements), Calculation of experience, Temporary Assignment, Documents, Information about Temporary Positions. Those could be under Requirements or a separate section like "Additional Information". But we have limited headings; we could put them under Requirements as well. But we must not create thin sections. Let's combine. We have Pay section: Salary Range and Payday. Pay section:

    Pay

Salary Range (full-time employment, includes shortage and school year differentials if applicable):

    • School Security Attendant I, SR-07: $2,784.88 per month
    • School Security Attendant II, SR-09: $2,899.72 per month
    • School Security Attendant III, SR-11: $3,137.22 per month

Payday: New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods of their start date. Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.

Benefits section: We'll copy the benefits paragraph but format as
    • for each benefit. Benefits list: - Holidays, Personal Leave, and Sick Leave: Many employees enjoy paid holidays, personal leave, and sick leave during the school year provided that all conditions under the respective collective bargaining agreement are met. - Health Insurance: If eligible, the State pays a part of the premiums for each employee's enrollment in a State sponsored Medical, Drug, Vision, and Adult Dental Plan. - Group Life Insurance: The State provides a free life insurance policy for employees and retirees. - Premium Conversion Plan: Participating employees may increase their take-home pay by having the State deduct the cost of health care premiums before payroll taxes are withheld. - Flexible Spending Accounts: Eligible employees can reduce their federal and state income taxes and social security taxes through a tax-savings benefit program called Island Flex. This program allows employees to set aside money from their paychecks to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses and eligible dependent care expenses on a BEFORE-TAX basis. - Retirement Plan: The State contributes to a retirement plan for eligible employees. Generally, employees with at least 10 years of credited service and who have reached 62 years of age or have 30 years of credited service and are 55 years old may retire and receive benefits. - Tax Shelter Annuity (TSA): If eligible, Department employees are able to participate in a tax shelter annuity program.
