School Psychologist (Certified) - $58-59 per hour

About the Role

Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to provide assessment, consultation, counseling, and intervention services that help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential this school year in Prince Frederick, MD.

Position Overview

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and observations to support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies, support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and promote positive student outcomes.
• Provide consultation, counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services to students, staff, and families as needed.
• Participate in student support meetings, program development, and school-based initiatives to foster safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid Maryland School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and supporting students through counseling, consultation, and intervention services

Pay

Earn $57.70 - $58.90 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 13-week duration. Enjoy the predictability of the school-year calendar, a 35-hour workweek, weekends and holidays off.
