School Physical Therapist - $60 per hour

About the role

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract School Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Yeadon, Pennsylvania. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts) and must be performed in person at the student’s home or a mutually agreed public meeting location. Services are needed now, during extended school year (ESY), and for the 2026‑2027 school year. The student is owed compensatory time, and sessions may be scheduled during school hours, after school, or in the evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide educationally based physical therapy services to a student in a school or pediatric setting.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions in the student’s home or a mutually agreed meeting location.
• Follow the frequency and duration outlined in each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Attend IEP meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of direct and indirect services.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Current or previous experience providing school‑based physical therapy services.
• Comfort delivering 1:1 services in a home or mutual meeting location.

Compensation

• $60 per hour for direct and indirect services.
• $60 per hour for attending IEP meetings.
• Paid compensation for cancellations and no‑shows.
• Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS mileage rate.
