Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Wappingers Falls, New York. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
  • Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
  • Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
  • May be asked to travel between school locations
  • May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements

  • New York Physical Therapist License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required

Pay

  • $40.45 – $43.60 per hour
  • 34-week contracts
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals
  • Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience
  • Pay package based on 7-hour shifts and 14.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
