School Photography Partnership Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand ECS Wholesale partnerships throughout the West Coast region.
• Recruit and onboard new Referral Partner Program (RPP) partners.
• Identify opportunities for CSP and software licensing growth within school photography and yearbook organizations.
• Build long-term relationships with school photography companies, studios, yearbook organizations, and related service providers.
• Travel to conferences, partner locations, and industry events to recruit and strengthen partnerships.
• Work closely with ECS Marketing and Partner Operations teams to improve onboarding materials, landing pages, guides, and partner-facing resources.
• Coordinate with partners regarding pricing, services, software features, production capabilities, and operational escalations.
• Provide Monthly Updates Regarding Partnership pipeline growth, Revenue growth, Partner retention, Forecasted revenue opportunities, Regional market trends, Competitive intelligence, and Maintain Strong Knowledge Of ECS software offerings, Wholesale production capabilities, and Referral Partner Program structure.
• Maintain Strong Knowledge Of ECS software offerings, Wholesale production capabilities, and Referral Partner Program structure.
• Coordinate with partners regarding pricing, services, software features, production capabilities, and operational escalations.

• Collaborate closely with Tanya Saenz and ECS leadership on long-term partner infrastructure and growth initiatives.
• Learn company software and systems, including Admin and EDONext, within reasonable time.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.
• Maintain strong levels of communication between departments and partner organizations.
• Complete all company certifications and training within reasonable time.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships within the school photography or yearbook industry.
• Experience managing partnerships or business development relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with yearbook, photography, or school service organizations preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the West Coast region.
• Strong organizational and accountability skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
