Requirements

• Extensive experience leading customer support, service operations, or technology support teams
• Strong analytical abilities and a passion for improving organizational performance
• 7+ years of experience in customer support, service desk, IT support, operations, or a related leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams while driving performance and service quality
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using support platforms, reporting tools, dashboards, and operational data to improve performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment and collaborate with distributed teams
• Experience in project management, information technology, or education technology environments is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and prior leadership experience are desirable
• Able to travel approximately 15% of the time and successfully complete required background checks
