School Occupational Therapist - $51 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist for a position in Prince Frederick, Maryland. The role is a 13‑week contract, 35 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Maryland license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Hourly rate: $47.45 – $51.10 per hour. A $3,000 assignment bonus is available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details). Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
