School Occupational Therapist - $45 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district to hire an Occupational Therapist for a local contract position in Glendale, Arizona. This role involves helping students succeed while maintaining evenings, weekends, and holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student's IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• $41.50 – $44.70 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, days
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week duration
• Start date: ASAP
