About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel School Occupational Therapist for a position in Juneau, Alaska starting as soon as possible. The position is 41 weeks long, 40 hours per week, and works 5 shifts of 8 hours each day.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a school setting
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to support patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Alaska
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Experience working in a school setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
