About the role

Join an active and exciting school cafeteria team serving children and faculty Monday through Friday throughout the school year. This full-time position with benefits offers a fun and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and remain active on your feet for much of the shift
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas to health department regulations
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash as needed
• Serve wholesome, nutritious food to students, faculty, and parents
• Deliver quality food and service in a polite, fun, and engaging manner
• Cashiering duties (required for all applicants within 30 days of hire)

Requirements

• Must love children
• Must be responsible and dependable in adherence to the work schedule
• Must understand and deliver quality food and service
• Internal applicants must know how to cashier and have scored 3.0 or higher on their last evaluation
• External applicants must become proficient in cashiering within 30 days of hire
