School Nurse (2026-2027 School Year)
Requirements
- Valid California School Nurse Services Credential (If not held, will need to apply upon hire with the assistance of our Human Resources Department)
- Current California BRN License
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate
- Audiometrist Certificate (If not held, will need to have obtained by the start of the second school year of employment with the district)
- Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information
All employment with the Oceanside Unified School District is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical examination, including drug testing and fingerprint clearance. Fingerprint clearance is required at the prospective employee's expense. OUSD will provide the needed forms to complete these requirements.
