About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, and seizure monitoring with rescue medications
- Provide personal care and diabetic care
- Assist with transportation by riding the bus with the student
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
Qualifications
- One year of prior LVN/LPN experience is preferred
